As administrators, educators, artists, and activists, we seek strategies to enhance our impact through our organizations and creative practices. Current research is providing us with deepened understandings of social-emotional learning, restorative practices, trauma-informed strategies, brain-based pedagogy, and playbased learning. With so much to know and integrate, what is a through-line for understanding emerging fields, finding relevance for our work and developing strategies for incorporating this learning into day-today practices within our organizations and with our constituencies?
